I am looking for a small cottage near the beach preferably with beach views but the community and location are most important, price -- this is my third home --- must be cheap, fixer upper's are okay. Can you recommend a community that is accepting of gay artist types, has an art colony or community college, liberally minded, and is not outrageously expensive. I have looked at Cannon Beach and found it way too expensive.
